Our Story
Best known previously as the “Wine on Tap Coffee Bar & Restaurant” at 121 Ludlow Street on the Lower East Side of Manhattan - today River Coyote provides Coffee Consulting while operating as a "Gypsy Roaster" to offer expertly Curated Coffee Subscriptions that are Freshly Roasted for Delivery. River Coyote was founded by New York native Jay Nir, conceptualizing the brand as an extension of himself. There is quite a bit more to this fascinating story, but for now - we’ll focus on the coffee.
