A positive mind is important to have and maintain to live a healthy and successful life.

When our external environment becomes harder than normal. A positive mind is crucial.

With a positive mind , a person feels positive , with positive feelings one will be able to do positive actions with positive actions , do it frequently becomes a habit , once a habit is formed , it becomes a character , a character of a person determines his or her destiny.

The problem is , it is not EASY to maintain and have a positive mind.

When life throw challenges ar us frequently.
When others around us do not have a positive mindset.

Our positive mindset will usually , often than not diminised.

It is not natural to have a positive mind. It is not like breathing.

A positive mind requires effort.

A positive mind needs to be reminded to oneself consistently.

One should know and understand there is no other way around it.

A positive mind is not only a key to a successful and happy life but it is compulsary.

I wish all readers who have lost or lessen their positive mindset. To now rekindle and rebuilt it back.

Make it as strong as a fortress.

You will definitely benefit from it enormously.

A positive mind also i believe can be transferred intergenerationally. I belief a positive mind from the parents will be naturally be picked up by their children.
