From Overconsumption to Solidarity / Action for MDGs

ub-Saharan Africa. The project’s objectives and issues derive from the problems that our Southern partners are facing caused by greenhouse gas emissions, the extraction of resources and of forced deforestation or land-use change. Both projects help to embed the MDGs (Millennium Development Goals) locally, and to better incorporate them into the work of cities and municipalities. Finally, the projects aim to encourage behavioural change that contributes to a more sustainable use of resources and to eradicating extreme hunger and poverty (Millennium Development Goals 1 and 7).
