Microdermabrasion is a physical exfoliation performed with a machine that uses a diamond exfoliation wand and vacuum suction to remove 20-30% of the top layer of the skin, to help reveal softer, brighter skin! This helps your skincare products pe*****te deeper to work better and faster as well 💚

I know I definitely need to wash my personal makeup brushes!
If you wear makeup daily, dirty makeup brushes can be a main cause for breakouts!

I love this broad spectrum spf moisturizer from ! Two steps in one, hydrating and protecting.
Why should your spf be broad spectrum? What does that mean?
Broad spectrum protects from UVA and UVB rays. UVA rays are your “Aging” rays, and UVB are your “Burning” rays.

Don’t worry friends, I won’t be leaving the Seattle film industry any time soon. I love my job, and I just wanted to add some more knowledge and qualifications to my repertoire.
The foundation for great makeup starts with great skin. I’m often asked for skincare advice from my clients and actors/actresses, which I could answer mostly, but I wanted to become an licensed esthetician so I could best help my clients 💚

What is Hyaluronic Acid?
Sometimes the word “acid” scares people, but hyaluronic acid is essential for healthy skin, and it’s created naturally by our own bodies! Our bodies contain about 15 grams of hyaluronic acid. It’s what keeps your joints lubricated, and your skin hydrated! It is a Humectant that helps your skin retain water, which keeps it looking plump. Hyaluronic acid also helps improve the production of collagen, fights free radicals, and maintains skin elasticity 💚
Using a skincare product like a serum or a moisturizer that has hyaluronic acid helps with skin dehydration and anti-aging.

How to get the most out of your facial!
• Avoid makeup - your skin just went through a deep exfoliation and treatment, it’s best to avoid pore clogging makeup products for the rest of the day.

•Don’t pick at breakouts- This is a must for just any day as well! Breakouts might happen after a facial, and this is normal! Your skin is bringing everything that is deep into the surface. Picking increases your chance for hyperpigmentation, scarring, and infection.

• Avoid sunlight- Deeper exfoliation leaves your skin more susceptible to sun damage.

•Stay away from active ingredients- Over exfoliation can cause sensitivity, wait a few days before returning to your usual routine.

•Skip the Gym- Sweat, dirt, and oils from working out can clog the pores that we just cleaned out!

My holy-grail product for body acne? Weightless Body Treatment! This 2% BHA contains acne fighting salicylic acid which pe*****tes deep into those pores to clear out any acne causing bacteria or dead skin cells ☺️ I struggle with acne on my chest and back, and this stuff really works 😍
