Sometimes you just have to challenge yourself, get all your courage together...and just do it!!!! We really were not physically well prepared for this morning's 13km trail run...but completing it is all that matters...and that post run feeling and all the happy hormones feels great!

Had a great 12km trail run with my friend this morning in Greyton. Yes, it was tough. Yes, our fitness is not yet where we want it to be. But yes we sure did it!!! Being active is part of the healthy, active lifestyle that Herbalife is all about...
