🚨🚨In a huge win for Second Amendment rights, the Supreme Court has STRUCK DOWN the New York concealed carry law that required citizens to demonstrate “proper cause” in order to carry a weapon for self defense purposes.
SCOTUS ruled that this “proper cause” need not be shown - and that the Second Amendment protects a right to carry a firearm for self defense.
Maryland’s concealed carry laws are VERY, VERY similar to the NY law that has just been ruled unconstitutional.
