Happy Monday beautiful souls 🤍 Here is a teaching for those seeking to receive:

If you soften into stillness and listen to the silent whispers of your Heart I promise you will find the truth of your being

You will touch the infinite wisdom of pure, everlasting love
and you will know, without any doubt, you are a Soul destined for greatness co-creating this external reality

But if you never stop going and you continuously push your way through life then you will find yourself circulating this earth confused, lost, and always wandering

Chasing a temporary high only to come back down where you’ve started many times before

I know this pattern because this was once a way of life I lived. Seeking solitude, removing myself from my present reality, always in a constant state of chasing the next vision that came to my third eye

This pattern has stopped completely in my life and I no longer need to leave. I no longer need to wander the plains of this earth seeking external satisfaction from visual experiences

Now I soften into stillness and I listen to the sounds of the Sea. I kiss my little one goodnight and wake up smiling next to him every morning. I say thank you with every breath and pray with gratitude to be in a place where I feel calm, safe, and steady.

But I didn’t go looking for this Heavenly Earth… it found me. Pulled me from across the world the minute the Universe knew I was ready.

You may wonder within yourself how this is even possible and I will tell you the secret to it all is so simple…

Always Choose Your Heart. In the deepest, darkest place of desire where nothing makes any sense at all. Then soften into stillness while you patiently await the path to be paved for you to walk upon.

Detaching from the desired outcome is important and in return the universe steps in to show you what your real role is in this journey.

My biggest piece of advice is to stop planning & start observing your external reality.

When you bring your attention into the present you can see the pathway naturally unlock at the exact moment it is meant to.

This requires a complete reprogramming of your mind and a level of trust you may have never known.

As with everything in life this is a daily practice & will feel like a foregin, unknown concept for quite some time.

But if you have a desire in your heart it is 100% meant to be a part of your life.

To my wonderful, devoted, loving, kind, patient, and strong community of students—you are everything to me! Over 300 yoga classes taught in a 6 month period.

Im going to take time off from teaching to refocus my energy on the rebirth

Updates for 🧡

After a whirlwind of events that forced me to stop everything I was doing I realized that my personal life and practice has been out of balance. (Everything has a purpose)

Therefore I am dropping the sunset class, Sky High Yoga at 18:00. Beginning this week my times of service will only be in the mornings.

The beauty of this is I am opening up more hours and providing additional classes, privates, and opportunities to receive.

•All of this will be reflected on Tropea Yoga’s online booking system by tomorrow morning (accessible from the link in my bio)•

This first year operating has been a beautiful blessing where I pushed myself into physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion.

It has been 100% worth it to build the community and I feel my effort in this portion is complete.

Now it is time to soften and find the balance for sustainability✨

We finally have the momentum in the cosmos to move forward—Happy New Moon in Virgo 🌑

A cosmic opportunity to dream your imaginary world into being by organizing the path piece by piece.

Virgo is an earth sign with the ability to orient every detail and check off every task. A bit of a perfectionist which is useful when creating.

With a New Moon in the lunar phase this opportunity creates a space of emptiness—to seed whatever you seek.

~Ritual~
Spend some time near the water. Grab a stone or some form of physical element. Sit in stillness and listen to the movement of energy coming towards you. Then, with your imagination, envision your deepest desire and dream.

Feel it in the stone and when you feel complete release it into the Sea.

Neptune rules the inner world of spirituality. Near the water deepens our connection and the physical element (stone) initiates our desire to bring it into our external reality.

This past week was pretty intense. On Monday I was handed a document that could’ve ended our entire journey here.

By Thursday my immigration team had found a reasonable solution. (we’re still in it, but at least we have a new direction to follow)

Those days in between felt like my whole life was collapsing and I remembered how many times I have felt this energy (internally) before.

The turning point came the minute I let go and really looked deep into my heart.

So, yesterday evening I took Luca to the beach and for the first time didn’t see anyone we know. We played in the sea, laid on the sand, and watched a Sunset that I could spend the rest of my life praying for.

Then I remembered. I remembered how I felt before I knew anyone here at all. How I tried to stay unknown our first year by chopping 17 inches off my hair and not doing any yoga.

This intention was set so I could give Luca the life I always dreamed of. After the intense separation him and I received from his Father I deeply craved solitude to heal and rebuild my trust in the masculine.

But I’m very grateful for our community now. We’re extremely fortunate to have so many Souls in our lives because without them we wouldn’t be here.

Now we have our ‘why’ and purpose aligned once again, which is and has always been, my Little Luca 👼🏻

Hello my beautiful community 🤍

I am asking for time and space to be deep within my own practice for this next week. The energy hanging over me is heavy and I am unable to give to anyone at this time.

Which means (all classes) are paused for this week. I will reflect on Sunday 10th of September and give an update for the following week. If you have monthly/weekly rates I will be reaching out to you directly.

Somewhere along my journey a pattern formed. A sense of feeling unworthy. Whenever this emotional memory arises I self destruct, and destroy everything before someone takes it away.

When I arrived in Italy I had hoped I had cleared this pattern, but I can sense it’s presence once again.

I’ve endured so much loss in my life it’s easy for me to let go. It’s easy for me to look the other way. It’s easy for me to start over. But I don’t want to be like this anymore.

•The beauty is I’m aware of it and the lesson is learning how to change it•

There is a very deep level of commitment I need to conquer within myself in order for the missing puzzle piece to come together on this journey.

Fortunately, I know I’m breaking through because I can’t see a vision of Luca and I anywhere else in the world. But I feel it’s important to share every piece of this kind of journey.

Im on my own in a foreign country with a baby, studying the language to the best of my ability while building a business and teaching 44 classes a month while trying to immigrate here long-term properly. (In a nutshell)

This is our reality and I’m seeking -grace and space- to breathe. To really ask myself if this is where I truly want to be and if so how can I paint it as a masterpiece?

Im here. Holding my breath. My emotions are up one minute and down the next. A possibly comes up and then it falls through. Someone comes into my life, makes a phone call, and we start to follow the trail only to end up back at square one. Nothing here is easy. Beautiful, magical, sacred, powerful, extraordinary—yes. But easy is a word not often used here. When you go all-in on your Heart you are also opening the possibility of it breaking. It’s happened before and surely it will happen many times again. But I’d rather know than ever wonder. I’d rather try then sit back and think, “what if?”
But it’s definitely coming down to the grand finale of this entire journey—is it going to fall into place or completely a part? Im not sure. I know we are here to finish out the season, but after that I have no foundation that keeps us. So, I’m at the end of this Path of the Heart journey of leaping across the globe solo with my baby to start a new life and the question I’m left with is this:
“Am I truly happy here or am I not?”

The pose begins the minute you want to leave it, and the path aligns the minute you want to give up.

Stay in the pose. Stay on the path. Stay in the hard parts of the journey 🕊

It is better to let go rather than hold on to something or someone that isn’t meeting you where you need

In business, friendships, and relationships there is an equal balance of energetic exchange that needs to be given and received

The hardest part is seeing the potential, deeply desiring it, but realizing it isn’t happening

~Which means it’s not meant to be a part of your journey~

The longer we hold on the harder it is to let go, but once we do we create the space to receive what is meant for us along our journey

Take some deep breaths. Hold onto your Heart and with every feeling and sensation let go of what you deeply seek

If it returns then you know it is meant to be, and if not then something greater is waiting

The first of two full moons this month is reaching its peak on the 1st of August. This one is a Super Moon which means it is appearing 8% larger than normal. The illumination will be bright and powerful which is a perfect time for cleansing. Infinite light 🌙

Whenever you encounter a life changing decision remember that this is the only lifetime you will have this journey.

This is the only lifetime you will feel, touch, taste, smell, and hold all the things that uplift your Soul and invigorate your heart with love.

This. Is. It.

The only way to live is through your heart because that is the only energy that carries over into eternity. Why would you waste a breath on anything else?

Don’t let a feeling of fear, doubt, or rejection stop you from going after what you feel inside your body.

One day the opportunity will fade, but if the feeling returns then you know for a fact it is meant to be a part of your journey.

Feel the fear and do it anyway—you never know where it may lead and if it is a rejection then at least you aren’t left in the darkness of wonder.

You have the knowing and you can take a step in a new direction to get where you’re suppose to be going.

I have never known a life like this, but always believed and felt in my Heart that one existed.

Living in complete alignment with my Soul’s calling while being fully held, supported, and seen. Not many people know what it is like to live life completely on their own as I do… but I know this is also a part of my journey.

Over the past few weeks I’ve begun unraveling the internal desires of how I wanted my life to look, and began to follow the flow of energy to see which path was meant to lead.

Underneath this Sacred Tree in meditation and prayer I can see far beyond any senses of reality. It is very similar to Solidago, but I’m rooted instead of floating. Content instead of seeking. Which is very, very new for me.

When I captured this photo it was my second visit to Villa Paola after I toured the grounds. Truthfully, I felt unworthy.

I had been out of my spiritual practice since I arrived to Italy and wasn’t sure I wanted to fully step back in. I wanted to be human. Live a normal human life. Do normal human things. Which I’ve never been able to! It’s a strange thing to say… I know.

But this is my Soul’s calling. It is why I am where I am, why I chose what I chose, and the reason I find myself (since birth) in sacred places.

I felt called to share this little update of stepping back into my Spiritual Practice (much more than yoga) because it plays a part in the announcements I have coming 🕊

The first one is about which I will be releasing all the details on
Sunday.

The second one is an unexpected gift that I am exploring this weekend with a beautiful Soul who feels like a heavenly Angel sent to me.
