About us -
Xi3 Corporation’s new paradigm for computing – the Xi3 Computer Architecture – is based on the premise that computers should be modifiable, updateable and upgradeable so that they have a longer useful life than the standard 3-5 years. In the Xi3 Computer Architecture, the traditional motherboard is broken down into three separate but interconnected modules: 1) Xi3 Processor Module, 2)
Primary I/O Module, and 3) Secondary I/O Module. Xi3 Modular Computers (Models X5A and X7A) utilize the Xi3 Computer Architecture. The first thing people notice is their small, cube-like shape – 4.27-inches or less per side on the outside. Under the hood, the Xi3 Modular Computers are powered by 64-bit x86-based processors, yet require 80-90% less power to operate than their traditional counterparts.
