It's been a couple weeks since it was announced that I joined Keller Williams. I can officially say the month of April has been quite a productive month with both the transition, training, and now a steady flow of people in the area who have reached out with their real estate needs that I have now gotten to work for. I can say this transition, although rigorous at times, has been so rewarding.

As you know the time to sell is now. The areas I mainly focus on, days on the market are generally less than 30, but let me re-phrase. Lately it's been more like HOURS on market! The time to buy is always when it's right for you, but clearly in this neck of the woods there's still plenty of buyers. With the right professional on your side your vision can be very real.
