The Mexico Area Family YMCA provides professionally certified Personal Trainers.
Our trainers will provide guidance in helping individuals improve their overall health. This can include working on cardio endurance as well as muscular strength and endurance. While working in these areas, individuals will see improvement in flexibility, movement, posture and strength. This will be accomplished by designing a workout program based on the client's needs.

We know some clients prefer a more private setting for their fitness goals. Well the time is now, (Actually May 9th) that we begin a new session of Small Group Personal Training. We conduct the training sessions in a private Studio at the Mexico Area YMCA. We meet twice a week for 6 weeks, on Monday and Thursdays. We have openings if you or a loved one would like to sign up.
