Last summer I picked up a rock while working on some landscaping and felt an all too familiar pull in my lower left back. For most of my adult life, I've suffered with a pesky vertebrae that likes to "pop" out on occasion, and I knew this was the case. I started stretching every morning, first thing after I got out of bed and was amazed at how good that felt, not just on my back, but to the rest of my body! Since so many of you are working from home, likely sitting A LOT, I thought I'd pass on this series of stretches that I use and that can be done any time during the day, not just in the morning. Stretch it out, breathe deeply, feel better!
