Hey Everyone! So glad to be back creating videos and working out with you. I needed a break to just realign with my goals and the purpose of this channel.

I really appreciate your patience with me, because I needed time to reevaluate if I wanted to continue creating videos. As you may know, creating these videos take a lot of work so I was getting discouraged on continuing this channel with excellence.

Isn't that how we can be sometimes on this health and wellness journey. Not seeing the results we desire and wanting to quit. My goal is to inspire you and it won't be perfect, but I promise to help you reach your goals no matter what.

I love working out with each and every one of you and I'm so glad to say we have a new video!!!! (I reuploaded the video because the first one was too loud).

So if you are like me and needed to take a break, remember to stay positive and believe in yourself. Setbacks and failures are a normal part of the journey. Learn from them and keep moving forward.

2. Make Sustainable Lifestyle Changes: Adopting healthy eating habits and regular exercise routines are the keys to long-term weight loss success and keeping a healthy lifestyle. Incorporate more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein into your diet, and engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise every week.

2. Set small goals: Start by setting small, achievable goals that will challenge you but not overwhelm you. For example, if you're shy, start by striking up a conversation with someone new each day.
