Approve YOURSELF
Many of us did not get the unconditional love, care, and support that we needed as children. This is a great truth, so we must do the work to understand what we're feeling and feel it deeply, process it all through our bodies and come out the other side stronger, wiser, and accepting of life as it is. When you can be at peace with what was, you are open and free to be the loving, kind, caring person to yourself that you've always wanted and needed.
Remember the relationship you have with you is your foundation for life my loves.
