CACAÖ SAKAO - Entreprise Sakao was born after a trip to Peru where we discovered this delicious, nutritional and soothing cacao tea. Our cocoa tea consists of 100% natural, vegan and organic (USDA organic certified) cacao husk which is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals (copper, iron and manganese) and theobromine (contributes to the positive effect on mood). This is also vegan friendly and
free from gluten, sugar and any additives. The process of our cacao beans is handled ethically
1) Selection and classification of cacao beans
2) Rinse and organic sanitation
3) Drying
4) Breaking
5) Peeling
Our cocoa tea can be enjoyed both hot and iced and also by adding another type of tea (black tea, jasmin, Hôji-cha etc.), extra ingredients (cinnamon, orange peel, cloves etc.) and by sweetening with maple syrup, honey or brown sugar.
