Lions Clubs International, District 31-I, North Carolina District 31-I is a district of Multiple District 31 of North Carolina.
It is comprised of Lions clubs in Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Cabarrus, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Iredell, Mecklenburg, Rowan, Stokes, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes, and Yadkin counties.
