Somewhat embarrassed to share this BUT Olive Tree People is a game changer for skin health. This is the first time in years that I have consistently had clear, smooth skin.
My favorite products: Cell Active Serum Face and Corrective Serum Face.

Did you listen, if so, what did you think?
The Minimalist Moms Podcast has hit over SEVEN MILLION downloads. Thank you for your continued support, love and encouragement! I’m so grateful to each of you that listens and shares with your friends and communities.
I deeply believe in the message of the show: to think more and do with less.
Let’s keep doing that. 💛
A study conducted in 2016 suggested that our personal possessions strengthen the connection between ourselves and our homes; it’s the clutter that has a negative impact [on the psychological home and subjective well-being.]
Remember: Minimalism isn’t getting rid of everything. It’s getting rid of the ‘right’ things.

EBOOK | Let's Simplify: Newborn + Postpartum — Minimalist Moms Podcast It’s official, there are two lines on that handy little test—you’re pregnant. A rush of thoughts floods your brain: “I’m going to be a mother. Wait, how do I do that? Will I be any good? Am I sure it’s the right time? How will I afford a child?” And, of course, you eventually land on t...
Opt for less expensive ways to highlight what your child loves (like a cute sheet set or wall art).
Smaller elements are easier to swap in and out as your children’s interests change.

Longing for unfiltered friendships is natural. However, many of us are living with several kinda friends and zero true friends. But how do we move a kinda friendship to a nothing-is-off-the-table friend? In this episode, we deep dive into all things friendship. My guests, Amy Weatherly and Jessica Johnston, highlight the need to be intentional and say yes to invitations for deeper connections. We discuss the challenges introverts face in showing their true selves, friendship breakups, and much more...
In our culture, the prevailing belief is that having more is better; however, it may be worthwhile to determine what constitutes “enough” and how we can maintain it.
We must retrain our minds and cultivate a sense of contentment.
There is enough to go around.
Our world is not lacking.
Let’s just all try to be satisfied for once and agree that:
More is not better. Enough Is Enough.

……..Honestly, does it really matter? As long as you’re happy (and healthy), that’s what creates an intentional life.
The reality is that even a minimalist home looks like this the day after Christmas. 🎄
Thank you for the sweet reviews :) This is the time of year when a lot of us (myself included) aren't listening to as many podcasts. That said, if you have the time, would you consider leaving a rating and/or review? It just takes 30 seconds at the bottom of the podcast app and it makes a HUGE difference in the success of the podcast.
Joining me for her third appearance on the show is professional organizer, Tracy McCubbin. On this episode, we talk about Black Friday pressures, sticking to a holiday budget, buying secondhand presents, pressure to decorate our homes, what to do when we receive gifts we didn't ask for and so much more!

I strongly believe that our contemporary culture and generation have excessively emphasized the importance of accumulation.
Don't misunderstand me; I still appreciate fine, high-quality possessions; however, going from a mindset of more is better to only owning the best, most favorite and necessary of everything has truly made me happier than i could have ever imagined.
Do you agree? 🤔
