Here is another sweet cheat idea 💡
I LOVE my protien pudding as my evening dessert. I mix a small box of sugar free pudding with 2 scoops of Mlis meal replacement protein shake and wisk in 1 cup of cold water. I divide it into 6 - 2 ounce cups less than 30 calories per cup and it is so yummy 😋!!
