The few purchases I made at Terrificon weekend. Sketches by Dan Parent , Matt Flint & Ryan Santos. The Art Of Matt Flint theartofmattflint & ryandraws2 parentdaniel Added to my Kitty Pryde artwork and couldn't resist the other two pieces. Matt Flint crushed a Rogue cover, making it my first non Kitty comic sketch. The framed Rogue was bought last minute from my table neighbor. I saw it all show long and couldn't let it go home with him. I lost his biz card, but will find his name and credit him for this gorgeous piece.

Day one of TerrifiCon ™ - Connecticut's Terrific Comic Con at Mohegan Sun is in the books! A great convention, and the venue doesn't hurt. Met some great people and sold some great books. Sgt. Slaughter was near our booth and a quick walk led me to Erik Estrada and Jon Wilcox were. I watched CHIPS as a kid, and not sure they've aged a whole lot.
Now, time to relax before the onslaught tomorrow.
First stop; some oysters and drinks!

Our thanks to Jason Brodnick and Celeste Brodnick of Little Giant Comics for putting on the Old School Comic show! Also have to praise their crew who was all over everything! It was a fantastic show full of great people and amazing comics! We'll have a con report posted soon, but these guys needed thanks!

So, it's setup day for Little Giant Comics Old School Comic Book Show. It's absolutely pouring out, which is not exactly ideal conditions for transporting comic books. However, Jason Brodnick & Celeste Brodnick had their team ready to go. Back in, and a bunch of guys helped me unload a trailer and truck packed with comic related goodies. Anyone that wants to run a comic show should pay attention. This is the way.
Oh, we'll have a Haslab GI JOE HISS TANK at our booth as well as a great selection of comic books! Stop on by tomorrow ! Everett Arena, Concord NH 10-6. Also, this year, we are one of the sponsors!
