As we welcome in fall, join the Brainy Borough Brewing team outside of Hailey’s Pub for the annual Apple Fest! Sample the freshest juice you’ve ever tasted along with some Brainy Brew conditioned on apples and spices! The Hailey’s team will of course have some great food and additional drink specials to compliment this family fun filled day! 🍎🍻

Cheers to our and .mbb teams finishing up their regular season play! It has been a year of ups and downs for both teams but remember, anything can happen in the conference tournament! We were lucky enough to enjoy some great brews and great views over the course of the season meeting some future stars, super fans and Jersey legends!!

It’s time for a DATE NIGHT! this 5.4% ABV wonderful brown ale conditioned with dates has a lovely chestnut color with a full tan head. Nose is brimming with malty goodness, chocolate, dark fruits, flan and a little nutty! The body is lighter than expected with soft fruity flavors and just a hint of sweetness in the finish. Smooth and drinkable, just right for date night! Who knows maybe Taylor will show up for a chug!

Just in time for fall, “Simply The Best” harvest ale, an homage to our downtown of Metuchen being named best in the U.S.! This is a 6.2% wet hopped ale made with 100% fresh picked Centennial hops from Gladstone NJ. Intense floral and citrus aromatics come through in a balanced easy drinking ale.
