Meditation can help with imagination. Visualization meditations invite you use your mind as a tool to release or simply escape. As adults life often leads us astray from the “child-like” wonder of imagination, so we can become a bit rust if we don’t practice.

It’s time to get back to it. The sense of imagination steps in to help us envision the details we want even when they are not before us in the moment.

🌱 My greatest lesson as a child was to eliminate the word CAN’T from my vocabulary. As a young athlete I had no ideas that this mantra would carry me though the toughest times of my life. We all face battles within ourselves and with societies limits but we must be reminded to rise as who God intended us to be. So I share this with you in hopes that it can help carry you too. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING. This doesn’t mean the road will be easy it just means that you CAN MANIFEST what you want if you believe it and see it for yourself first. PEACE KINGS & QUEENS! 👑
🌱 When Spirit guides you Spirit will never lead you astray and will always leave you prepared.
Doing what is necessary is not always the comfortable choice. It’s times like this where I lean on all the things that help me tune in to what God needs me to know, see, hear,feel. Bathing in nature, meditation, and any form of movement is some of the ways I get grounded and connected.
