Soft Pretzels ~ soft on the inside, crusty on the outside. We start the dough early in the week with a pre-fermentation to develop flavor and texture of the final product. Every Friday we scale, shape & bake pretzels, and delivered fresh to our wholesale customers.
Cheddar Beer Dip ~ creamy goodness and a perfect accompaniment to a soft pretzel.
