Farming is gaining efficiencies faster than almost any other industry in the world.

White Horse Construction, Inc., MilkBarn, and their Vendors, who contributed to the successful expansion of Mount Rock Dairy, are hosting an Open House. Mount Rock Dairy invites the community to celebrate these achievements at the Open House.

Vendors that will be available to answer questions at the Open House are MilkBarn, White Horse Construction, Inc., Scotch Hill Solutions, Sturdy Built, Center for Dairy Excellence, Cedar Crest Equipment, Allen’s Hoof Care, Rigidply Rafters, Schannauer Plumbing, KirbTech, Reiff Brothers, Penn Jersey Products, HC Quality Doors, Mid Atlantic TriPly Ceiling, EL’s Door Sales, Cumberland Supply, Quad-State Air Compressor, and Landisburg Concrete Walls.

This 19’ X19’ pavilion at Meadow Spring Farm is not nearly our largest or most significant project.



After being involved in various projects on this farm for the past two decades, we were extremely honored to have built this place of relaxation.



We first worked on this farm in 2002, building a free-stall barn, rebuilding the old holding area that collapsed from snow in 2003 to the large heifer barn in 2009, and retrofitting the old barn for milking parlor/utility room/ milkhouse and specials need cows in 2012 with various repairs and improvements over the years.



It was a great honor to be present when they hosted Vice President Mike Pence in 2020.



This pavilion is a great place for the Bollinger Family to relax a little or to sit and map out the next 20 years!

Not every week is sunny and 70 degrees, but we had a couple of days like that this week. Our crews took advantage of it and put extra effort into getting it done. It was a great week!

The text message we received from our client was an extra shot in the arm!

This week was the first-week dispatching crews from our Lancaster location.
We had wind, rain, thunder, and even an earthquake.
Our crews adapted and prevailed.
Friday and today (Saturday), they are out doing storm damage repair.
I want to take this opportunity to shout out Kerbtech LLC and the guys they sent out to help us out this week.
We are loving the extra space in our new office and office!

Praise the Lord for setting aside Sunday as a day of rest!

Our neighbors at New Blooms Green House are getting ready for their annual customer appreciation event. They have lots of food and fun stuff happening that day! While you are there, you can tour the new shop that we were honored to build for them! Hope to see you there!

Please plan to join us and meet the team that designed and built this incredible facility. We collaborated with some of the best people in the industry to bring the project to fruition.
This innovative dairy uses six robotic milking units—automatic feed mixing and feeding. The manure is collected with robotic-type manure sucker uppers.

We are blessed to live in a great community. If disaster strikes, we have some of the best first responders and municipal officials in the nation along with a community that rallies to help someone recover.

We have been helping a friend recover from the loss of his shop to a fire this week. There was no loss of life or personal injury but still very traumatic.

I would like to encourage folks to look at your emergency management plans and your insurance coverage amounts and take into account that we are having massive inflation in every industry. Especially the building industry.

While sorting the mail today I came across this envelope with the most beautiful handwriting. I took a long moment to admire the card and handwriting. Inside was this beautiful note of thanks.
