Antheia Moon πŸŒ™ //

Photographing people I love and hold dear is such a gift. My sweet new niece came into this world in August and I was home just in time to meet her + capture some newborn moments.

Louella ✨

Loved spending some time with this sweet girl photographing her senior portraits! She is off to school and I can already tell she's going to do some amazing things.

Happy International Coffee Day!

I don't usually participate in these little holidays but let's be real, coffee is the thing that gets me through those extra crazy days/nights.

So cheers to the MVP of late night editing and 10+ hour wedding days.

Another summer throwback because even though it's officially fall, it's still hitting the 90's in the afternoon πŸ™„

I'll never forget how beautiful these thunder clouds were rolling in behind Shyanne + Tristen

The Fischer Family //

You never know how long littles are going to "last" during a family session but these three were troopers πŸ’› Nothing beats those tiny giggles and laughs.

The Basile Family //

As soon as we started this mini session, it began to DOWNPOUR. Thankfully it was one of those torrential quick rains that only lasted for a couple minutes β˜”οΈ We were able to enjoy some cool weather by the lake for the rest of the session. Hey, rain isn't always a bad thing 😌

the cutest brother / sister duo I've ever seen πŸ’›

Got to spend some time with my sister in law and her family this past month and we snuck a couple photos of these two in while they were both in a good mood (which is quite the accomplishment if ya know what I mean-- if you have 2 under 2 you'll understand πŸ˜‚β€οΈ)

it's the tender, inbetween moments for me

So often people ask how I pose people, and the honest answer is, I try not to. I'll get couples going by giving them some suggestions but from there I base everything off of prompts or fun games. I don't love being in front of the camera (and if anyone knows Billy, he doesn't either lol) but with prompts, it doesn't have to feel like your being photographed. That's the goal at-least :)

My Vision

Photography is all about telling a story. With a natural, documentary approach, I strive to balance posing and styling with authentic, heartfelt moments as the goal. In other words, I tend to capture weddings like a fly on the wall, letting moments happen naturally while providing direction + styling when needed. During family sessions or portrait sessions, I try to make you feel the most comfortable because, let’s be real, I’ve been in front of a camera, and sometimes it’s a little bit awkward. I am a sucker for color and natural light. Ultimately, through my work, I hope to reflect my Creator and Savior, Jesus Christ.
