Hey all! So I know it’s been a while since you’ve heard from me. For that I am sorry! My previous job had me quite busy and I was a little disconnected from everything. To be honest, I had just lost the motivation to write. Sometimes, working in wellness and coming home to more wellness can be a little overwhelming. Shocker, I know...After all, when all of you think of me, I’m pretty sure you immediately think salad! 🤦🏻♀️ Not my intention, but it makes me chuckle nonetheless.
That being said, I’ve been debating and working over how this blog would look moving forward. I’ve felt the call to write lately more than ever after going through a pretty traumatic fall, losing two people I hold dear to my heart, my job, and my budding new company in a matter of 26 days. The turmoil has been great, but as with everything in life, you push through. It’s been through all of this that I’ve realized that I lost sight of what I set out to do with my blog.
I never wanted to be the blog where you learn about what to eat and how to exercise and nothing more. I wanted to share my life and how I achieve and maintain balance for my wild and crazy little family. How we deal with everything from food and exercise to stress and finances. I talk about how wellness is multifaceted, yet I failed to break away from my educational background and just be.
To just bWell...
So for 2018, I’m thinking about a few new ways to transform this blog. The old content will remain, after all, there’s some good stuff in there. If you haven’t read it, check it out! My personal favorite: I’m Dying.
Anyway, be on the lookout for some fun new stuff. I’m hoping I can get myself back in the swing of things and bring you guys some more wellness for 2018. Consider this life after bWell, because that’s just what it is. Life, wellness, and beyond.
For now, I’m going to enjoy the Holiday season with my family and I will be in touch soon. Drop me some content ideas below, I’m always eager to appease my audience!
