Scape
This is my escape.
This one found its forever home last week once I had time to finally finish it off, removed the fake loch and make the tree look more windswept
Sunset purple skies over Ailsa Craig 🥰
First time self portraits 🥵hard
Aurora skies over Galloway
Free spirit in tha wuds
Trying some knifing….
Massive lonely tree…100x150
Working in a massive canvas today. Palette knifed and blended
Changing perspective in Venice
Love Venice
Murano
Happier with the sky and a bit more depth
Experimenting with colour contrasts and blunt edges
The most famous and probably most painted ridge of all
Trying to make it pop

Bit of perspective and depth tuning
Painting outside is great for the soul

Then 🦟 the Scottish midge!!!
Paints were flowing this holiday. This is a Swedish scape, Sonsas house, Fegen. Happy new year 🥳
No time to paint!
That was always my excuse, but since revisiting my brushes with the amazing Julie Dumbarton, it has given me the spur I needed to get back at it! Just like riding my bike; I love it, my happy place. Enjoy
This is a page to save my work to. My doodles, drawings and paintings. I’m mostly experimenting with acrylics, colour, light and landscape.
Contact me if you have ideas for me to explore with my pen or brush, or if you have some of your own landscape work you would like to share
