*Bible Text: Ephesians 5:21-33*
*Ideal means perfect, suitable, most preferable, most satisfying, recommendation etc. Couple means husband and wife or a pair. An ideal couple is a couple that treats each other with respect. They are respectful of boundaries and are as well close with themselves emotionally and physically. No template can work outside the template of God. You must not base your marriage on what you watch.*
*In an ideal marriage, perfect couple must submit to one another. For problem to be solved , you need to collaborate and understand yourselves. Submit to one another in the way of the Lord not to Facebook or Social media.*
*"Ephesians 5:22; husband is the head of the house and wife needs to submit everything to him. So many men have broken down the destinies of their wives with words. Show love to your wife. Love is a fuel to submission.*
*Ideal couple takes a lot of hardwork. It takes a lot of commitment and responsibility makes a man. It also takes a lot of forgiveness. Therefore, forgive yourselves. It as well takes a lot of discipline. Learn to tolerate each other. You must be ready to submit to one another in the fear of God.*
*An ideal couple is an assignment and it is a responsibility. A man is the head and woman is the body. Headship is a responsibility. Take your place as a man or woman. Marriage is sweet when you both understand the principle.*

HOW TO OVERCOME TENSION WHEN SINGING 😱😱😱😱

Tension has caused allot of singers to sing off key, go off timing, not give there best when singing on stage. Tension is caused by fear of making mistake, fear of people laughing at your voice, feeling your voice is not good enough.
Untill you learn to believe in yourself and cherish your voice, you will keep having tension anything you want to sing on stage or in front of friends and family members. I keep saying singing is 90% psychological and 10% talent, so if your mind is telling you that you can't, it will be difficult to sing well. So trust yourself, trust your voice, cherish your voice, it's okay to make mistakes, but pick yourself up and correct the mistake and move on, making sure you avoid that same mistake.
Avoid intimidation by other singers cause it causes tension too, so no matter what, know that your voice is special, unique and outstanding. So appreciate and celebrate people's voice but never let it make you feel that you can't sing. Instead let it motivate you to improve on your voice the more, know that not everyone will love your voice so learn to use their negative talks to improve more on your voice.
