The entire process from chatting with my clients , then researching and learning about suitable ingredients to suit their skin types , foraging through my own garden of herbs , preparing citrus powders and lavender bulbs , to measuring and mixing etc ... is completed from beginning to end in a process of love , joy and care !

SUGAR/ROSE FACIAL SCRUB 🌹
Roses are full of anti oxidants which encourage the production of collagen and in turn helping the skin to keep its firmness and youthful appearance . Also high on vitamin A & C .

COFFEE/SUGAR FACIAL SCRUB with Manuka honey , peppermint & tea tree oil
Coffee has antioxidant properties and is anti inflammatory . It is fantastic for exfoliation as it removes dead skin cells and stimulates circulation . A while ago I prepared my own organic peppermint body/hand scrub . All real ingredients with no chemicals added . I keep the jar in the fridge for freshness and use it every few days for my hands . I love it !!! My hands have improved so much from looking dry , tired , and unhealthy . And I can honestly say , I no longer would purchase chemically based body scrubs after making my own !!

I've also been introducing the organic scrub to clients , exfoliating build up of dead skin on the back after a massage session . The feedback has been fantastic , the results amazing , and more clients wanting to book this extra treatment with their massage session !

Dead skin removed . Smooth looking healthy skin revitalised . And blood circulation stimulated with an added burst of refreshed skin cells !

And I continue to be amazed at the therapeutic benefits my clients are feeling from having a regular massage . For some a regular massage could be ; fortnightly , monthly , every 3 months , twice a year . It is different for every person as their personal needs calls for one !
