Growth Challenge is a faith-based Christian interactive training uniquely constructed to help you realize and ignite your spiritual connection and personal growth. This inspiring, experiential workshop “gets to the heart” of what’s keeping you stuck so that transformation can happen. It is awakening to new possibilities, recognizing new choices, and deciding to behave differently in life. You can

uncover the blind spots that keep you from having the life you want and become aware of the self-imposed barriers that are limiting your freedom and power. Discovering these can significantly impact your experience of life. This change happens when we are pushed out of our comfort zones in a safe, but challenging environment. That is Growth Challenge. We believe that wounds can be healed, negative beliefs can be changed, and lives can be transformed. Through Growth Challenge you will see new possibilities, realize your potential in living your life, and become the person you were created to be. YOU can transform your life. Make an investment today to create a different tomorrow! How is Growth Challenge structured? The workshop begins on Friday evening at 6 and ends on Sunday at 4. It is an action-packed 2 1/2 days, consisting of experiential exercises, small-group discussion, lecturettes, and individual, focused coaching. Under the guidance of master coach and facilitator, you and the other participants have an opportunity to develop and practice new beliefs that support you in becoming the person you want to be. How much does Growth Challenge cost? The fee is $499 for the course and can be paid in 3 installments, the first installment due at the time of registration. Breakfast and lunch is included each day. Can Growth Challenge assist me? Growth Challenge is for individuals who are looking for more in life, regardless of their current reality. Our approach isn't about "fixing." It's about excelling in all areas of life. I am not a Christian. Is Growth Challenge for me? Short answer - Absolutely. Although Growth Challenge is a faith-based Christian program, the purpose is not to promote or persuade around those beliefs. The concepts covered are relevant to anyone - Christian and non-Christian alike. We offer insight and growth that is not tied to any doctrine or religion and is applicable to your daily life. What does Growth Challenge consist of on a daily basis?
- Mini-lectures that provide workshop content that is relevant to participant's life experiences. The mini-lectures are about 10-20% of the workshop.
- Small and large group exercises that provide insight into individual beliefs and relationships help you become aware of the things that may be blocking your success in life. Exercises are approximately 40-50% of the training
- Sharing and coaching. Sharing is an opportunity offered throughout the training to share what you are learning about yourself and also provides the opportunity to learn from other's experiences. Sharing can be one-one, small group or large group. Coaching is provided through interaction with your facilitators to focus you on how to create the results you want in your life. I looked up the word ‘yellow’ the other day.

I found so many shades of yellow that they had been distinguished by words like
gold
honey
daffodil.

I found words like fire and sand and champagne and lemon and sunbeam and I even found a song.

Now imagine someone telling yellow that it’s ‘just yellow’.

When yellow is a sunbeam and a daffodil and fire.
When yellow is a song.

Without yellow, we couldn’t make orange and we couldn’t create green and our world would be far less colourful because of it.

Yellow’s true colours are not limited to one thing.
And neither are yours.

Some days you are dark and fiery and intense.

Some days you are rich and bright and vibrant.

Some days you are buttercups and dandelions and some days you are champagne and a song.

And without you, someone’s life would be far less bright and far less beautiful.

You are you as
yellow is yellow.

And the world needs you.

Because, no matter what you think, you are not ‘just you’.

You are so much more.

Our Story

Are you feeling stuck, dead or purposeless? Do you feel that there is more to life than your current life experience? Have you realized all your goals and still feel empty inside? Have you forgotten who you really are? This 3-stage program is designed to get you to DISCOVER your true God given identity, CEMENT that identity deep in your heart of hearts, and then ACT out of that identity through purposeful intentions in your every day life.

Stage one:

The first workshop begins on a Friday evening from 6-10pm, Saturday 9-10pm and Sunday 9-4pm. It is an action-packed 2 1/2 days, consisting of experiential exercises, small-group discussion, mini-lectures, and individual, focused coaching. The fee is $499 for individuals and $750 for couples (payment plans available). Register by calling the office at 337-889-0221 today or sign up now online!

Stage two:

Often called our 4-Day program. It begins on a Thursday evening and ends on Sunday at 4pm. This is the most fun stage of the 3 stages. In this stage, participants are deepening their core identity in who they really are. The bible describes the devil as a thief who comes in to steal, kill and destroy. The devil was the first identity thief, stealing mans identity – that we were made in the likeness of God himself. This workshop takes back what the enemy has stolen!
Must have attended a stage 1 to participate.

Stage Three:

This stage is the culmination of what has been cemented in the participants identity and taking that core cemented identity into action. Nothing is real until it is actualized. This stage puts accountability and leadership to the test. Will you walk out your true identity or not? Without a vision and purpose and ACTION nothing changes! This stage takes place over the course of 2 2day workshops divided between 6 weeks of group organized action and accountability. Operating from a cemented identity, we become the hands and feet of Jesus to our ourselves our loved ones and our community. Must have attended stage 1 & 2 to participate.
