Over the years, I've been very curious about energetics of all kinds, so I spent the last five years diving into all different aspects:

Through this, I got the chance to explore not only energetics, but also myself on a deeper level.

I became inspired to play with what I found — to see what aligned most for me and how I could best learn from the energies around me + within me. My favorite place to experiment became my schedule.

I love the ability to plan out my day, week, month, year by referencing these energetic pieces. Keeping the daily, cosmic, biological + natural energies in mind — which, through time, offers flow.
