We are thrilled to share our latest room reveal at Hallinan Homes – the Project Bay Kitchen! A blend of luxury and functionality and designed to be the heart of the home.

The modern ivory slim shaker cabinetry provides a timeless look, ensuring longevity of the kitchen. The showpiece is undoubtedly the bench top and splachback in quartz stone, waterfall. Perfect for entertaining, Project Bay’s separate bar area is complete with a 38 F&P wine bottle fridge.

We love this space! (Insert kitchen bench stools ETA, July!)

We’ve been a little quiet on socials this month, and here’s why!

Project Burraneer – pushing along well with the first-floor framing commencing next week. The shape and scope of the major renovation is really starting to take form.

Project Bay – move in date is upon us! Project Bay is looking amazing with fix out currently taking place. We can’t wait to share professional photos of this one asap.

Project Forest Road – We are looking forward to handing over our new build, Gymea project in the coming weeks.

Project Alkaringa – Bathrooms are now ready for tiling with the joinery installation commencing next week. We can’t wait for our wonderful clients to enjoy a “poolside” way of living when they return home in the coming months.

Project Burraneer 🙏🏼

Hallinan Homes has kick started project Burraneer and we can’t wait to bring this major renovation and extension to life for our dream clients!

Working along side once again, the architecturally designed house will completely redefine life at home. Offering an expansive living area and parents retreat, the oasis situated in a quiet cul de sac will be hard to beat 😍

We’ve recently complete the fit out of by . We’re grateful for our client and owner Lauren for putting her trust in our team to bring her vision to life.

Framing at project Kareela is developing nicely and our clients can already visualise the improvements and increased functionality for their family home.

A big thank you to both our HH boys and our trades for their huge push at the moment (and always!)

A clean and modern approach of selections for Project Ashfield’s Kitchen 🤌🏻

Design Tip ☑️ when designing your hallway, always consider functionality and the flow on effect you envisage for your home. Certain widths of hallways can determine how guests feel throughout spaces. Hallways with a considerable width and natural lighting, create a luxurious “welcome” to your home.

We’ve been a little quiet on socials lately. It’s been a busy couple of weeks for the Hallinan Homes team.

Bangalee Pl Project is progressing along nicely with the extension framing in full swing. Excavation continues as we start to move under the existing area of the house.

We’ve kicked off project Kareela that is a long awaited vision for our great clients. We can’t wait to bring their plans to life by creating open areas and additional rooms for their young family.

Both projects requiring extensive excavation called for a new toy. We are excited to share HH has recently purchased a Kebelco Excavator that will path the way for our subsidiary company launch of Hallinan Hire. (More to come soon) We are thrilled to have the ability to train our apprentices and tradesmen on driving and handling this machine for many years to come.

Not only for our current projects, we are also looking forward to starting our pipeline projects in Gymea and Gymea Bay. More to come on this soon.

Kicking of a new year with a new project. Architecturally designed by swipe to see the before shot of project Bangalee. With a renovation duration of 7 months, our team will completely strip the two story original house. Undergoing complex excavation, our clients will gain access to best use of their land.

After a busy year we’ve slowed down and taken the holiday season to prepare for 2023. On behalf of Matt and the Hallinan Homes team, we wish you a Happy New Year!

A momentous week for our apprentice Cooper. Celebrating his birthday and officially reaching his 3rd year in the trade. New challenges and new opportunities are on the way and we know you’re ready Coops! Keep up the good work.
