FORTIS.

The fraternal directive as explained in Tenet 1 is that, we as members should do everything to maintain and sustain the supremacy of Tau Gamma Phi. It means whatever is for the greater good of our fraternity should be our priority and is beyond our personal choices or opinions. That is how we sustain our Supremacy.

Tau Gamma Phi is Triskelions’ Grand Fraternity, MY Fraternity, the Supreme Fraternity.

VOLUNTAS.

The meaning of Voluntas in Tau Gamma Phi is you joined the fraternity in your own volition, without being coerced, & not under duress. And NOT the freewill to DO or NOT DO anything you want inside the fraternity.

The misconception of Voluntas is the most abused philosophy in our fraternity, and the very reason of our divisiveness.

FRATERNITAS.

My loyalty is to Tau Gamma Phi and not to any person or individual. My actions and decisions should always benefit the greater majority of the fraternity and not to one or few members. We are equal by the fact that we are all different. We should be united by the reality that all of us are distinct and individual but bonded by the common objective to always protect the interest of the many.

BROTHERHOOD IS ONLY EXCLUSIVE TO LEGITIMATE MEMBERS OF THE FRATERNITY

Our fraternal relationship with our fellow Triskelions is bounded and limited only by the basic requirement of every Triskelion which is LEGITIMACY. If the person is not legitimate, then the privilege of Brotherhood should not be extended to the said person PRONTO!

Once the chapter has declared about legitimacy or denial, then it is absolute and executory. It cannot be reversed because of circumstantial evidences applied in determining the legitimacy such as persons present in the declared fraternal information. So in the event that it is denied, the privilege of brotherhood should be STOP or CUT right away, and that includes the calling of Brod or Tol. Dapat nga hindi na kinakausap yan.

Eh hindi eh, ang dami nag cocomment:
“Tol mataas pa rin respeto ko sayo”
“Brod pa rin kita kahit na anong mangyari”
“Tol patunayan mo na lang na mali chapter mo”

A FRATERNAL REMINDER TO ALL ORGANIZATIONS INSIDE THE FRATERNITY WHEN INVITING GUEST SPEAKERS SPECIALLY ON ORIENTATION PROGRAMS

The task of selecting and eventually inviting speakers is the responsibility and accountability of the organization/organizers to their members. The members look forward with excitement, high esteem and expectations to meet and listen to the speaker because they know that their leaders have carefully considered and assessed the merits of this person before selecting him and present it to their members. After all, the guest speaker should be worth emulating by the members.

So these are the criteria in selecting a guest speaker for orientation:

1. LEGITIMACY - The first and the most important criteria. The speaker should be a legitimate and bonafide member of Tau Gamma Phi. Not fake or expelled, but a legitimate member.

2. IN GOOD STANDING - The speaker should be well regarded and appreciated within the fraternal community and its environs. He should be free of any complaints or bad issues from people both inside and outside the fraternity.

3. PREACH WHAT YOU TEACH - Practicing what you preach is a necessity. If your actions do not match up with the beliefs that come out of your mouth then you are either lying to the world or lying to yourself. If your actions do not match up with your own beliefs then you are literally a walking contradiction. So make sure that the speaker has been a member of the fraternity LONG ENOUGH that he has mastered our Tenets and Code of Conduct and applied it in his daily life through numerous events and experiences. One manifestation that could help but not a necessity is selecting a speaker with MDG status. Here we can be assured that another entity, in this case his chapter, has recognized his unwavering commitment as well as valuable contributions to the fraternity and of good repute to the members. Just make sure that his MDG status is conferred and awarded, and not assumed or claimed without any certificate.

Following the above mentioned criteria will assure us that the guest speaker that shall be presented before our members is qualified, well considered, and deserves to be emulated. In short, our members will be in good hands.

NEC - Pamunuan ng mga nag-a'aklas sa loob ng Tau Gamma Phi. Eto yung mga Brods na lumalason sa isipan ng mga Triskelion na nagsasabing sila ang TUNAY at sila ang malalaki ang TAMA kaya sila ang dapat sundin. Na ang bukambibig ay mali ang mga nagtatag ng Frat na kinabibilangan nila.

Sila (NEC) lang daw ang nagsakprisyo sa Frat simula una kaya si Premier Kris at Atty. Rolex, Kumpareng GenSec, Tropang Chairman lamang ang dapat sundin.

Ngunit, Sa kabila ng mga pang-gigipit ng pamunuan nila sa kanilang mga nasasakupan (Persona Non Grata, Hindi kakamayan, Hindi kikilalanin, i E' Expelled Etc.) at mga kasinungalingan na ipinapakalat nila sa mga nakababatang Triskelion.

Bakit parami ng parami parin ang naliliwanagan? Marami parin ang mga Brods ang nagsuri at natutong makinig kaya nabuksan ang isipan sa pagkabihag sa kasinungalingan. Pagkabihag sa Puot at Galit na inilagak sa mga pusot isipan nila.

Kaya mapapansin natin ang argyumento ng mga NAGOGOYO nila, ay iisa lamang ang litanya.

Mapapansin natin puro pagbubuhat ng banko at pagbibida sa sarili. Ngunit, Sila lang ba talaga dumanas ng FratWar?😅 Papanong mismong ang nagtatag ang hahati eh sila mismo ang gumawa ng Frat na Tau Gamma Phi. Binigyan na sila ng oras para ipa alam ang TGP Global Constitution pero puro panghaharang ang ginawa nila, Tapos nung nabuo na ito IIYAK sila ngayon na kesyo di sila nasabihan? Hindi Po Frat ang TGP Global, ang TGP Global ay isang Constitution. Pandaigdigang straktura. Lahat ng kababa'ang loob ay ginawa na ng FF para sa kanila. Nung umusad na, saka naman sila sisigaw ng WALANG GALANG. Pulika? Tanungin mo sarili mo Tol kung pano ka pinulitika. Napakagasgas na angulo. Diniktahan kaba nila para may ibotong kandidato? Pinilit kaba? Itanong mo sa sarili mo yan. Pinilit kabang iboto ang TGP Partylist na syang nagdadala ng pangalang Tau Gamma Phi sa kongeso at nakakatulong sa mga proyekto ng Konseho at Chapter at iba pang mga Brods at Kababayan na nangangailangan? Save the Tradition ng Paluan, Pare pareho tayong dumaan ng Hazing. Pero di mapapantayan ng Hazing ang isang buhay na nalagas at pangarap na nasira kasama ng mga Pamilyang naulila. Mga Brods na nakukulong. Tanging mga FF lamang ang may concern sa Tau Gamma Phi na nakaisip na mailayo sa disgrasya at pagkakulong ang mga kapwa Triskelion sa pamamagitan ng TDAP. At Hindi kelanman mababago sa dami ng Palong natanggap ang ugali ng isang Triskelion. Andaming dumaan sa Tradisyon ng Paluan pero mga adik at napariwara parin, may mga nakukulong pa. Kapag may nakulong sa Hazing, kanya kanyang sigaw ng Capital N at puro tago hugas ng kamay. Alang natulong sa Brod na nakulong.

At kung ano anong kabastusan ang ibinabato sa kapwa Triskelion na sumusunod sa mandato ng FF at UP Diliman. Pambabastos lalong lalo na sa mga matatandang FF na wala namang ginagawang masama sa kani-kanilang buhay😅.

Ganun paman mga Brods, sa kabila ng lahat na pinaggagawa nyong pag re'rebelde at pagbalahura sa Frat na binuo ng mga Ama ng ΤΓΦ. Bukas parin naman sila sa inyo. Nakikiusap na may kababa'ang loob sila sa inyo.

Wag sana dumating sa panahon na sila(FF) naman ang maubusan ng kababa'ang loob na taglay nila para sa inyo(NEC).

Uusad na kami kasama sila. Habang may mga natitira pa silang buhay sa mundo, Sasamahan namin sila sa Tau Gamma Phi na itinatag nila sa UP Diliman nung 1968. Mananatili kami sa gabay nila na nagkakaisa Luzon Visayas at Mindanao. Eastern at Western Overseas 🌍.

FACTS ABOUT FF TITO VENIDA

STOP SPREADING FAKE NEWS.‼️

1. Tito Venida, one of the Founding Fathers of Tau Gamma Phi, was indefinitely suspended by his mother chapter UP (University of the Philippines) on the grounds of altering the principles of our fraternity during his orientation classes.

2. That the very reason why his suspension is not yet lifted is Tito Venida is not communicating to his mother chapter to explain his side as part of due process to resolve his infraction.

3. As BROTHERHOOD and following the principle that as Triskelions, all of us our EQUAL in our rights, privileges, and benefits: any member can be sanctioned when an infraction is committed which violates the agreed principles and doctrines such us the Tenets and Code of Conduct of Tau Gamma Phi, even if you are a Founding Father.

4. When a member of fraternity is suspended, his privileges and benefits as a Triskelion is hereby suspended also, such as salutations and the principle of “ A TRISKELION IS A BROTHER UNTO HIS FELLOW TRISKELION”. But when the said suspension is finally lifted, then all the benefits and privileges of a bonafide Triskelion shall be correspondingly accorded or granted back.

5. That the suspension of Tito Venida was way before the introduction of TGP GLOBAL, in fact many years before.

6. Until today, the status of Tito Venida is still indefinitely suspended and NOT EXPELLED.
