yoga==union with the divine.....so many different types...not all hobgob...search for one that fits...a long time ago a yogi..a man who went thru a nasty divorce(i could kinda get the vibe it bothered him alot....he told me its what you thnk about when doing your excercises...it doesnt have to take an hour a day ..i reccomend mind vacancy.excercises....at first your thoughts try and plow thru but the mind ..what does it do ..it thnks..so if you look at your mind for what it does it might make mind vacancy easier...or even prayer easier without unwanted intrusions
