Ovida Construction is seeking a Superintendent to join our team! We are looking to add to our high-energy team an experienced site superintendent.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
• At least 5-8 years of experience in On-Site Ground-up New Construction
• Extensive knowledge of the Florida Building Code
• Trade relationships would be an immediate impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities:

Manage a $6,000,000 project on a 1099 platform
16,000 SF Club House, 5,000 SF Commercial Pool & Spa, Sports Court & High-End Finishes.
Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:

At least 5-8 years of experience in On-Site Ground-up New Construction
Extensive knowledge of the Florida Building Code
