For the most part I don’t resonate because it can suggest overriding a wisdom that is trying to be communicated within.
 
And so many of us are so good at that aren’t we? The push through, the override. 🫠
 
The deeply grooved by no fault of our own survival response of, “I will be ok or enough/successful/loved if… I just push past the fear and just do it!”
 
But a huge focus of mine is on nervous system healing and this is a piece I am working with in this lifetime.

Overriding what’s showing up as an alarm is undermining and ignoring our nervous system. That approach isn’t going to heal or rewire anything❣️
 
So yes, we feel the fear! But for me, it’s a case of going deeper, coming into relationship with it by seeking out its wisdom before taking action.

So then our choices or actions are coming from an integrated place of deep listening and alignment.

I share how I do this and how you can too, above 👆🏽 A key is listening in and finding out what the fear needs as means of support.

Sometimes our fears may also require some extra support from another. If that resonates, I offer 1:1 energetic clearing sessions rooted in kinesiology and energy psychology that can assist with this.

And there she floats, in the space where little to nothing exists outside of them and their dance.

Where undisturbed, she dissolves into pure presence, one with her intuition, her body and baby.

Each wave coming face to face with her own power, affirming to self, ‘I feel you and I meet you knowing I am you. You cannot be more powerful than me because you are me. I own this power’.

And then her roar, a declaration to self and all who witness, of “This is who i am and what I am truly capable of” encoding mother and baby with a blueprint of sovereign power that shapes their entire life, together and as individuals.

Self-Nurturance.

I recently had couple of days away from my boys and mostly by myself. It’s heaven for me as I love being in my own company. I sat in tea ceremony, hiked, swam, guided myself through emotional clearing and breathwork. I attuned to and sat with the uncomfortable sensations in my body, cried and laughed, held witnessed and loved myself, and was also held by beautiful friends.

Self-nurturance is a big focus for me this year, choosing to deepen into this more than I ever have.

It’s way more than self-care. It’s meaning multifaceted to me but in part it’s tending to my nervous system like never before. It’s attuning to and acting from my needs, wants and desires. It’s energy protection, being super conscious where I channel my life force and who I choose to give my life force to. It’s carefully listening to and acting on my sacred yes and no without the guilt and shame. It’s slowing myself down to sit in myself and my body. It’s not abandoning myself. And as always it’s being responsible for my healing which is far from meaning doing the journey alone.

I feel grateful for the tools and containers that hold me in this work, especially kinesiology and my mentorship in deep nervous system work.

Self-nurturance is requiring me to look at my conditioned and habitual responses that stop me from seeing the value and purpose of living a life oriented in this direction as well as the blocks to my own worthiness and deservedness. I’m having to choose over and over again to see self-nurturance as of the same value and purpose, if not more than other things that I’ve always deemed (and the culture has always deemed) more important. It’s messy and challenging and I fall down all the time but I’m committed to staying.

And while this work is not really about weekends on my own, going to healing events or doing elaborate, long practices (although I do these things, celebrate them and anything else that works for you), what this really is, is meeting myself in my season, in my capacity and choosing to prioritise and make a commitment to my self-nurturance on the daily. The inner uprising is impossible to supress. It is divinely timed and a cocreation, always. An opportunity presenting itself for both of your evolution. Baby asking for you to go within, witness, feel and alchemise what’s there, for you both.

While you may hear the call I also know it can be an overwhelming time and a journey that you don’t necessarily want to do all on your own. We aren’t meant to.

My offerings are about providing a nurturing and healing space for you to navigate the inner journey from conscious conception, pregnancy, birth through to motherhood; walking with you in recalibrating what is arising in your system at both a conscious and subconscious level, helping you to move through these thresholds, feeling connected to yourself, your true power and your own wisdom.

🌹Bespoke 1:1, In-person Birth Prep Immersion for pregnant mamas and partners🌹

Setup for a 1:1 in person birth prep immersion for the most beautiful pregnant mama and her partner yesterday. I designed a day to meet their unique needs through this rite of passage. Mama and I drank tea, chatted, meditated, dove deep into an emotional clearing and healing session and finished with a Q+A with her partner on all things birth from practical, physical hands-on support to emotional wild cards that could surface in birth and how they work through them together.

Outside of my doula and workshop work, my 1:1 healings have always been online. I love online and I am also realising how much I love 1:1, in-person work and have always loved working with partners too. A loving reminder on this human path. Such a beautiful, powerful and important practice.

If we aren’t truly seeing, recognising, feeling reverence for and honouring ourself no amount of external validation will allow us to feel and embody our enoughness. We also fall prey to thinking and believing that projections, real or imagined from others, is who we are. From this place, ironically, even when you receive a beautiful reflection of truth from another you may not believe it or allow it be fully received by you anyway.

Feeling truly enough and feeling true power, that is generated within, from you honouring the beauty, magnificence, courage & wholeness of you. When you allow yourself to fully see yourself with a lens of fierce love, that Truth hits different, cracking the heart open and reverberating through your cells activating a healing.

This practice calls our power back to Self and we once again stand firmly connected to our heart, in remembrance of who we really are.
