🔧 **Job Highlight: 12-Ton Hitachi AC Repair** 🚜

Today, the team at Amos Auto Electrical & Air Conditioning tackled a tricky air conditioning fault on a 12-ton Hitachi. After thorough diagnostics, we discovered a small piece of metal wedged in the receiver drier outlet pipe, causing extremely high head pressures and leaving the system barely functioning.

Our investigation traced the issue back to the A/C compressor. With parts arriving overnight, we’ll have this machine back in action and digging in no time! 💪

Just decked out this new Y62 Patrol today onsite! We Added dual batteries, electric brakes, fridge sockets, UHF XRS with pass-through blank. Also, installed a neat antenna bracket and a Redarc BCDC charger, onto the next one 🤙🏼🔋

Just kitted out a brand-new 79 series with dual batteries and dual Anderson plugs at the rear, alongside a 12-pin plug for towing convenience. Added an Anderson plug to the headboard for the customer’s fridge. Customer was wrapped with how factory it all looked 👌🏽✔️

Safety fit out today on this pipe welding machine, we fitted it out with

✔️Flashing beacon
✔️175A Anderson jump start

Camshaft position sensor fault, we were able to locate and repair a broken wire in the wiring harness going to the camshaft position sensor causing all sorts of dramas for one of our valued customers. Have a great weekend everyone 🤟🏽

Broken down bobcat this morning, we were able to diagnose a faulty starter motor and have a replacement installed with minimal down time 👌🏽

🩺Air conditioning fault today out on site, we were able to locate and repair this shorted out wiring to the pressure switch circuit with no down time for this vehicle ready for work Monday!

On site today repairing this Air conditioning hose we located and replaced it in a flash ✅

Great day out on site repairing this Cat 140H air conditioning system, we were able to locate and repair a rubbed through pipe due to a loose saddle.

A/C repairs on this Peter Built, was able to locate a hair line fracture in this evaporator core.

Unreal morning attending to this broken down Caterpillar D5K, was able to get machine back moving ground in no time 👊🏽

This Caterpillar 247B was having a issue with the air conditioning air flow, Amos Auto Electrical was able to clean and refurbish this HVAC box and have this system back fully operational 👊

This Cat 966M getting a complete electrical check over.
With the help of our diagnostic laptop we were able to locate and repair this wheel speed sensor fault.
