Our Story......

We are a Real Estate Investment company. We got started in this business because we have always loved houses. We are open to a wide range of real estate investing from Fix-and-Flips to Wholesaling, to Buy-and-Hold (rental) properties as long as the deal makes sense. But, we specialize in Lease Option (or Rent-to-Own) opportunities. We picked this area of investing because it allows us to help people on both sides of the sale. We are able to help home owners who are in danger of losing their home or who need a quick sale get out of their home quickly and at a fair price. We are also able to help sellers structure deals that allow them to move a portion of their profit to a later date to help with Capital Gains Taxes. More importantly, we get to help the buyers. Our ideal candidates are people who have some cash but can't otherwise qualify for a traditional loan. The reasons that they can't qualify could range from not having a long enough job history, too high of debt-to-income, or moderate to poor credit. We help these people get into a home that they can call their own, that they purchase at a later date when they have been able to make repairs to their credit. We work with the tenant (or future) buyers and mortgage brokers to help repair the buyers' credit so they can qualify at the end of their rent-to-own agreement. Right now, our primary area of focus is the San Francisco Bay Area. However, we do have contacts in the Eugene/Springfield area in Oregon, and the Idaho Falls/Rexburg area of Idaho which means we can potentially help you find a home there as well.
