I love when chipmunks stand up their hind legs and look around. I’ve spent the last several days connecting with and gaining the trust of my new little buddy Chippy 🥜 🐿💛. This is my first time being able to be so close to a wild chipmunk as they scurry so fast and usually run away. This little one came up to me pretty quickly 😍. I can tell it apart from the others because of dark mark on its right hind leg and it comes towards me when I call instead of running away and chirping 🤣. This has been a really special connection I’m so thankful to be trusted by such a tiny and vulnerable animal. I see Chippy waiting for me on the stairs a lot now and sitting there chirping telling the others “this is MINE” 😂🐿🙌🏼. Priceless moments!

My hummingbird babies are back in action!! The first one I saw was on May 1st / Beltane. I rushed to make my sugar / water nectar for them and place the feeders out. Every year I try my best to form a trusting relationship with them and get as close as I can. 🌺 ✨ ✨✨✨✨💚✨✨✨✨✨ Hummingbirds symbolize the ability to travel beyond the human concept of space and time, in other words “human logic”, as there is so much more to this universe that may never be understood by the human mind. They go beyond what is seen average human vision. Luck, joy and love are some other special meanings. ✨✨✨✨✨✨💚✨✨✨✨✨ They have the ability to change direction very quickly and slow their wings down which makes them appear to be in slow motion as you can see in my video! Adaptability, flexibility, are key! Hummingbirds have the ability to lift our spirits and make us realize life is wayyyy too short to be unhappy or spend our time focusing on the negatives. They represent strength in moving forward and letting go of the past rather than spending our time focusing on it and living in misery. They also move their wings in a “figure 8” pattern which represent the symbolism of infinity!
