Cracks on old amalgam causing discomfort when chewing on certain spot. Options given and patient elected for a crown for strength and stability.

Trying to be more efficient and the same time making more complex protocol by adding rubber dam for prep and cementation.

Removing ill-fitting crowns can be tricky when there is gum overgrowth and inflammed gums.

For this case we had to temporarised after removal due to continous bleeding of gum.

2 weeks after, gum settled down much better and we have a more stabilized area to work with.

Patient happy with the aesthetic and being able to floss in between teeth.

Patient came in to fix premolar. However, first molar has a periapical lesion during incidental finding. Patient was informed and root canal treatment were done on both teeth.
A composite overlay was done for both teeth as patient was not keen for crowns on these teeth.

Two composite crownlay build up for tooth 36, 37. Patient wanted to save both the teeth. Both teeth were asymptomatic. Future options of ceramic crown or gold crown will be considered.

A case where patient wanted to fix their smile.
Problem list:
1. Patient had previous ortho done before and had relapse.
2. Peg laterals and centrals had composite build ups.
3. Ratio in between laterals and centrals.

Treatment Planned :
Upper and lower fixed bracers to align teeth and get a better ratio between the upper 4 front teeth. ( 2 years)
4 veneers (12-22)

Soft tissue(Gum) Thickness is important for success rate of implant treatment. Buccal roll flap done to increase keratinised gum thickness where there is a deficient keratinised gum tissue on the buccal.

Last molar tooth (chewing tooth) that needed attention. Patient wanting to secure the longevity of the tooth by crowning the tooth.
Emax A3 used. Minimal prep with cusp reduction.
First time tinting fissure. Might do them from now onwards, to give the crown a natural-look.

Extraction case orthodontic. For this case we did 4 premolars extraction (2 top and 2 bottom) to help align the teeth. 1 year and 3 months in for this case and patient's main concern almost have been resolved.

Cervical fillings to help improve patent's aesthetic.

After 2 wires change, patient main concern have been fixed. Level and align done. Now for final refinement (5 months in treatment).

A broken tooth that needed a crown for longevity. Patient wanted something whiter. I think I overdid the white-ness. 😄
