Spent the morning with my girls and getting pictures with Santa , went to work had meetings, coached, got my last heavy day in for the AO final. Watched my girls while my wife worked out , went grocery shopping , had family dinner , girls to bed , spend quality time with my wife .

Luck is what happens when luck meets opportunity.
When we control the things we can control. These are attitude, intention , effort , and consistency. We become more prepared for opportunity.
As we become more prepared our luck seems to increase. This is because we have prepared to take advantage of the opportunities that we couldn't recognize previously.
As we prepare more consistently and control what we can control , we become luckier by default .

First day of team training at exclusive space connected to .
I've coached and trained in the same spot in my gym for the better part of 7 years .
We finally saw the light at the end of the COVID small business tunnel ...
Then we had the opportunity to rent out the space beside ours to move our barbell club into its own space .
No more dropping weights around PT clients . No more distractions for our lifters .
Expansion is never comfortable and never easy. 4.0 here we go!
Let's get to work!
