I used to post, then delete. I used to post then retract in fear of what people thought. I used to post, get a negative comment and almost delete my pages.

Yet I knew deep down, this was calling me into something bigger.

Today, a decade on, I have never felt so free, expansive and empowered. I’ve grown from being a mum just sharing her journey for connection to a global business and team of over 500. We make a global impact with families all around the world 🥰.

If you’re wanting to start a social media business sharing YOUR journey, here’s how I would build the confidence 👇🏼

👉🏼 Make your WHY bigger then your WHY NOT! There’s always a purpose & desire to make a difference behind a mission. Use this as your emotional anchor. Make it about the women you’re here to inspire.

👉🏼 Action takes you out of doubt, doubt takes you out of action. You must MOVE in the direction of your desires, take (& trust) that first step and you’ll feel the confidence and excitement build.

👉🏼 Link arms with other women who celebrate your growth and evolution. Be mindful of those who make you feel like shrinking.

👉🏼 Choose your hard. Doing something new, being seen, visible and using your voice around things that are important to you takes courage. Our world needs more people standing in their power to make an impact! It’s hard standing still and it’s hard moving - choose which one will serve your expansion.

👉🏼 It’s going to feel messy, awkward and it won’t be perfect. This how you illuminate new paths, elevate and grow. Aim for progress over perfect and feel your personal power erupt.

👉🏼 Own where you are and create from there, not where you think you should be. Authenticity and vulnerability are your super powers.

It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it if you’re looking for impact, connection, freedom, flexibility & are ready to make a difference in the world in the new age realms.
