Racing recap from this week at rolling Thunder

We started the heat in 5th spot and drove it up to 3rd witch we made the a main redraw for the a main draw a 2 started outside pole was running towards to the until the tires got to hot and we started to lose Positions fall all the way back to 12th.

Matt raced The mechanics race started on the pole and finished 2nd

🖤💚I know its been a long while since we have said anything or posted anything. So ill fill everyone in on whats been going on this season. We have only raced a hand full or times because our kids need us more and we are trying to save up. This year we test and tuned at I96 with the 15c. Matt raced the 83c at crystal and ended up hitting the wall that night, he started the heat 8th and finished 6th and for feature he started 11th and finished 8th. we got the front end fixed and a few weeks later we had it back on the track with josh driving. Josh has raced 2 times at crystal this season, first time he raced on 6/29 in the heat he started 7th and finished 5th, for the feature he started 16th and finished 13th and on 7/6 in the heat he started 7th and finished 4th, for the feature he started 12th and finished 7th. We ended up going to Palo once with 83c on 7/26 in the heat he started 1st and finished 7th and in the feature he started 7th and finshed 6th. 15c is down because we had to fix a leak and now we believe the timing is off again. We finally figured out someone snipped all the wires on the back side of the 83c's motor and we started rewiring them, shes running better and better now that we have figured it out. We dont know when we will be racing again but i hope its very soon. Heres some pics from this season. And kids night pics 🏁🏁🏁💚🖤

83c didnt race tonight because we got rained out. 83c will hopefully be on the track next weekend at crystal motor speedway

83c will be hitting the track tonight for the first time this season. Matt cooper will be driving tonight @ crystal.

As of right now, we will be racing at Palo this year. We are not sure yet on if we will do specials at other tracks though. We are working hard on getting some things done on the cars to get them fully ready to hit the track. We cannot wait to get out there and RACE!!!

83c got to see the track again last friday 8/10/2018. Big thanks to jeff for getting the part and putting it on her car. Jeff Cooper was behind the wheel and was 3rd in his heat so he moved onto the feature but didnt end up finishing because the tire got slashed and rim bent. So we have to fix that before friday so kimmie can get back in her car. 15c was out on the track too, in the heat, it over heated again so it didnt finish out the night. Time to get back to working on both cars again. Here are the line ups and where they both finished.
