This really captures my essence

5 years ago a doctor had gave me this medication and I still have lingering symptoms from it today. Please don’t trust a doctor that prescribes this medication. Don’t be afraid to say no thank you and leave. I wish I had known.

The holidays and winter are in full swing and I thought we could try something new. With everything going on this time of year it's hard to add one more outing to your calendar no matter how much you would love to go. To help with this holiday stress we are going to try a cyber meeting for December using Zoom meetings. In honor of the holidays I have decided to also make the topic for this month's meeting Traveling with Endometriosis. I have been very blessed with the opportunity to travel since my diagnosis. Whether it is traveling out of the country or on a weekend trip to see family there are definitely a lot of challenges to overcome because of Endometriosis. I would love to share some of the things I have learned and also hear if any of you have any tips or tricks you use while traveling.
