Tonight’s Special

Smoke roasted balsamic pork, seasoning, red pepper, purple onion, parsley, basil, garlic and tomatoes. All cooked down in a large cast iron kettle. $12.50 added a small salad $1.50.

Want to start off thank you all for being patient with us and for your love and support. We have had a few things happening this summer that required some personal time, as well as a few equipment failures that sidelined us.

We will be open tomorrow night at Strickland’s Scoops from 5-7:30 serving up your menu favorites. Featuring a balsamic pork with jasmine rice.

We are excited about back to school and praying over our county’s administrators, teachers, and students for an excellent year!
With the new school year, we will be moving back to lunches on Wednesdays and Thursdays! We will be open from 10:30-1:30. Fridays we will continue with our dinner hours of 5-7:30 with a dinner special each week. All shifts will be at Strickland’s Scoops.

It absolutely breaks our heart to disappoint you all. But we not be open tonight. We are having equipment failure that won’t be fixed in time to open. We thank you all so much for your love, support, and understanding. We will let you know when the repairs have been made.

Tonight’s Special….. sausage and potato hash
Smoked roasted sausage and potatoes smothered in caramelized onion and peppers. Topped with mozzarella, tomatoes, fried onions, and house sweet cream sauce. Served with bread.

Chicken Quesadillas
Smoked roast chicken, hot pressed with three different melted cheeses. Topped with more cheese, tomatoes, thin sliced onions, house chimichurri sauce, fried onions, sour cream, and cilantro. Served with stewed rice or your choice of side and bag of chips. $13.00

Keeping the window closed tonight. Mrs. Rhonda is still out of town with her new grand baby. She’ll be back next week, so be sure to congratulate her. The wifey and I will be here tomorrow night with a chicken quesadilla for the special.
