Stubbs The school is committed to providing a firm foundation on which every child can build an educational structure of quality. The school caters to children in the 3-12 age group in eight levels-two kindergartens and grades 1-6.

Dear Gracious Donor,

“RAISE THE ROOF FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN”

Santa Cruz Preparatory School will be turning 50 in 2025. The section of roof on the original building is just as old. It has been through multiple hurricanes, Santa Cruz heat and just years of wear and tear. It has been patched over the years and now leaks beyond repair. It needs to be replaced as soon as possible. A proposed starting date has been set for July 10th, 2023. The estimated cost is $7.5million dollars. Help us achieve this goal.
This month we will be launching our “Raise the Roof Fundraising Campaign”. It is our largest fundraising campaign ever. How can you help? Attached is a donation/pledge request letter. Please share with anyone that would like to be a part of this effort. We encourage past students, past parents, anyone that has been a part of the Santa Prep family and would like to give back to their Alma Mata or has even heard of us. We have already received a pledge of $500,000 and would love to see it grow.
SCPS will continue with its own internal fundraising activities such as candy, fruits, cupcake, ice-cream/popsicle sales. All Friday sales and upcoming Jeans Days and some other activities listed on the calendar will also go towards this venture.
Donations can be made to Santa Cruz Prep School, NCB Branch, Account #892572461. or at the school office. All donations will be highlighted on our Raise the Roof Banner that will hang in the office. (Come take a peek after May 5th).

Today we remember Robert Stubbs, husband, father, substitute father, uncle, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, friend, mentor, colleague, teacher, Peace Corp volunteer, Rotarian, pioneer. You are no longer with us physically but your legacy and influence will carry on for generations to come. You are dearly missed but your memories are everlasting. Continue to rest in ever loving peace. .

My Project of completing the fencing at the school has been greatly hampered by the pandemic.
It is my desire to complete this project. I usually plan fund-raising events but even that at this point and time can not work.
I must therefore solicit your generous contribution to purchase blocks, cement, steel and pay the labour cost or contribution in kind of any of the above.
