Something I shared with a dear friend of mine.
Today is the third and last day of my fast. This is the period that I'm at my highest peak of sensitivity and awareness. This is when I am able to meditate deeper than normally. In this space of awareness I feel the intelligence of the universe inside me and around me stronger more than ever. I am grateful to be in physical form experiencing the world we live in with a body, mind and spirit that is strong, healthy, functional and youthful.
