T E A M • P A R K E R I never had the blessing of knowing Parker Rivera, but this December I will run 26.2 miles with St. Jude Heroes in his honor. Parker was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma on his 14th birthday. Parker would be a senior at Lafayette High School this year, but in January of 2015 Parker lost his battle to cancer. Parker has a legacy to be brought to light and a memory that has been left behind to never be forgotten. I'm no hero, but Mr. Parker Rivera has become mine. && on my weakest days -- she makes me stronger. ••• I've been out with "walking" pneumonia for 7 DAYS NOW!! Last Thursday I had a cortisone shot that I passed out from in the doctor's office and finished my first round of antibiotics Sunday. As luck would have it my symptoms are consistently either getting worse or not changing at all. So, until I'm allowed to workout && LEAVE MY HOUSE I'll just reminisce through these videos.
