Hey beautiful human! Thanks for stopping by and giving this a read. So here’s a little about myself and Soul Y Tierra. I have been an Esthetician for 13 years and feel just as passionate about it as I did when I started.
The name “Soul Y Tierra” is a mix of Spanish and English, representing my Latinx and American heritage. “Soul” sounds like the Spanish word for “Sun”, which is “Sol”. “Y” is the word for “And” and “Tierra” is the word for “Earth”. I wanted the name to be meaningful and match the feelings I hope to provide my clients with after every session; Grounded, nourished and renewed in mind, body and soul.
It’s so much more than putting product on someone’s skin or giving extractions. It’s more than focusing on what one thinks may need to be “fixed” to meet unrealistic societal expectations. For me, it’s about breathing, it’s about letting go and learning that it is 100% okay, and so necessary, to give yourself love and care. Everyone deserves to feel that peace. My focus is on balancing the mind, body, and soul using therapeutic Ayurvedic massage and methods to assist in creating a unique, customized experience for each and every one of my clients.
I take great care to assure all products I use meet the standards of being ethically sourced, cruelty free, vegan (when possible), and ecologically conscious.
