Manifesting has become sort of a buzz topic recently, and if you're unsure what it is (and how to do it), you're not alone! Simply put, manifesting is cultivating the experience of what it is you want to feel or have— and then living and believing in that experience so you can allow it to happen. Here are 6 steps to start manifesting 💜

My story

You could say I was born into health and wellness. My father was a doctor, but we were raised on a ranch where we grew our own food, and literally lived a farm-to-table life. I learned the value of hard work, fresh air and good food. When I graduated from high school, I took a job with Mermac Mink Oil, a skin care company, doing both sales and manufacturing, so I learned all about the importance of ingredients in products, how they interact and whether they are effective. I then worked in Alaska, earning money for school, which I started at Western Washington State as a Biology/Chemistry major. I thought about becoming a doctor or a vet because I knew that I wanted to help people and their health. I took a year off to travel in Africa, where I climbed Kilimanjaro, and then I spent some time skiing in Lichtenstein. I returned to the States and paid my way through the rest of college with summer jobs in Alaska and working on the loading docks of a UPS facility. I graduated from Sacramento State University with a degree in Biology and Chemistry. I spent my 20s in sales and consulting, but I stayed committed to the value of physical exercise and a healthy lifestyle while continuing to educate myself about mind, body and spiritual well being. In my 30s, I met my husband Jason, and I knew he was the one. We had two beautiful daughters. Jason was in the military, and we were stationed in the South of Spain, so I got the opportunity to spend more time exploring Europe. In addition to coaching my daughters’ swim team, I earned my certifications in personal training from AFAA, and I began to teach spinning classes. When our family returned to the States in 2009, I kept up personal training and gained an additional certification in personal training from ACE as well as certifications in Strong First Level I, ASCA Level II Coach and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. It was in pursuing advanced kettlebell training that I met Laura Harry, an Arbonne National Vice President. She introduced me to the Arbonne products, and I was immediately impressed with their effectiveness. As a college science major, I started out a skeptic, but the Arbonne commitment to quality ingredients, and the actual results won me over, and I became a consultant. My professional goal is to help people live their best lives – inside and out. I work with busy professionals who may have lost their way with their bodies and their overall wellness. I want to help them to feel the way they felt when they were younger. I believe that being your best self from a nutritional and health standpoint is a critical aspect of your general outlook on your entire being, and I see my role as a coach and a partner in getting my clients to that better place. I advise and coach on nutrition, health and fitness, bringing my experience and my training to improve the lives of my clients.
