What does a Project SEARCH applicant look like?
β’ Must have a strong desire to work
β’ Meet all their high school credit requirements for graduation and be in their final year.
β’ Must be 18-21 years of age
β’ Must be eligible for Vocational Rehabilitation Services
β’ Fundamental and practical communication skills.
β’ Essential reading and writing skills
β’ Able to manage their self-care skills
β’ Good attendance record
β’ Able to pass drug screening and background checks
β’ Ability to understand safety
β’ Ability to take directions
β’ Maintain appropriate behavior in the workplace
