What does a Project SEARCH applicant look like?
• Must have a strong desire to work
• Meet all their high school credit requirements for graduation and be in their final year.
• Must be 18-21 years of age
• Must be eligible for Vocational Rehabilitation Services
• Fundamental and practical communication skills.
• Essential reading and writing skills
• Able to manage their self-care skills
• Good attendance record
• Able to pass drug screening and background checks
• Ability to understand safety
• Ability to take directions
• Maintain appropriate behavior in the workplace
