OKOWA HAS TOUCHED 100% OF HIS DUTY AS THE GOVERNOR OF THE STUDENTS

It's heartbreaking that Nigerians judge the performance of a government by the number of window dressing projects executed. These Elephant window dressing projects such as roads and other shabbily made infrastructural facilities that hardly outlive the administration of the government in power is unfortunately what our mediocritic youth and self driven and supposed elder-state men gloat about. I wag my head in pitiable shame.

There can never be a developmental drive like the Human Capacity Development. Okowa has proven to be a leading and shining example in this regard. There's no government in the history of Nigeria that has made the Human Capacity Development of his people a priority like that of Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa. We're all testimonies to the number Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneurial Programmes including STEP and YAGEP engaged upon by this administration. The Students Special Assistance Scheme, otherwise known as the Bursary is a toast of every student in Nigeria Tertiary institutions Nationwide. In his administration, he paid arrears of Delta State Students Special Assistance Scheme and has gone ahead of 2018/2019 as its supposed to be by normal and by dating.

The surest way of developing a people is by investing massively in their Human Capacity Development. Chief Obafemi Awolowo laid a template in the then Western Nigeria by providing Educational Support to the Indigenes of the then Western Nigeria and the results are there for everyone to see today.

Let's step forward and make difference. For a society to attempt to solve its desperate problems without the full participation of even very young people is imbecile. When we work together, we have power to take problems head on and makes a huge differences in our life and the life of others around us.
